Health insurance is compulsory for all Vietnamese employees in all enterprises, organisations or agencies, who work under labour contracts with term of 3 months or above. Enterprises offering labour contracts with term of 3 months or above to their employees must contribute to the Health Insurance Fund.
Apart from health insurance, employers are also required to contribute to the employees’ Social Insurance Fund.
