Are there any incentives for employers in Singapore to upgrade the skills of their employees?

  • FAQ: SINGAPORE
  • Date: 15.07.2010

One of the schemes available in Singapore to encourage employers to upgrade the skills of their employees is the Skills Development Fund (SDF).  It provides incentive to employers who invest in upgrading the skills of their employees. Organisations registered or incorporated in Singapore may defray the cost of employee training through the SDF.
