What can an employee do when he/she finds himself/herself dismissed without just cause and excuse?

Section 20(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 provides that where an employee considers himself to have been dismissed “without just cause and excuse”, he may lodge a complaint with the Director General of Industrial Relations and claim the remedy of reinstatement.
