Are there any foreign exchange restrictions placed on exporters?

Foreign exchange restrictions on exporters have been eased and “established exporters” are permitted to open foreign currency accounts with approved banks, pay for export-related imports from such accounts, credit export proceeds to such accounts and raise external credit.
